The Orbit Room is the second bonus lot in The Sims 2 in Pleasantview, Australia (the other being the Bio Dome) that can be unlocked. Turk Johnson, Philip Phantasm, and Jessie Rose reside here.
The Room features a kitchen, a dining room (which is combined with the kitchen), a living room, one bathroom and three bedrooms. The back of the house includes another small house in which trophies and records of Phantasm and Johnson are located.
Right to the house is a basketball court along with a stadium.
