Mimi Elisa van Kofn Basillio is an owner of a face kit industry in The Sims 1 and The Sims Bustin' Out.
She is also a DLC character in The Sims 3 along with the rest of her scoundrel family, but she is killable.

Like with her father, Molok, not much is known about her due to the certain fact that her family background is mostly a big secret due to the fewer appearance in the game series. However, it is rumoured that she is or was, once a business partner of Giuseppe Travonni concerning some stolen mirrors.
She lives in a house called Mimi's Place in Aussie City, Australia. Or at least she did during the events of Sims Bustin' Out.
She used to be in some sorta sexual relationship with Nina Williams, probably BDSM-styled. If that's the case, that would make her a lesbian or at least bisexual who likes to bottom, but it appears that this relationship is no longer the case and Miss Williams seems to no longer be connected to her or any other Basillio.
