Mack Nutty was an associate and racket boss in the Cuneo Family, until he defected to the Corleone Family.
He is a minor character in The Godfather Game.

A legend in the cigar and chocolate racketeering business, Mack Nutty was nicknamed "Cigar guy" because of his violent negotiations. His men were known to be unquestionably loyal to him, serving the chocolate factory throughout many mob wars. He was the manager of the Milk Co. Factory in Old Town.
During the Five Families Mob War in 10 AH, Nutty began to lose trade after the defection of many of his suppliers and distributors. One year later, Nutty was forced to pay the money to the Corleone Family.
Today, as the Corleones declined, it is rumoured that Nutty has abandoned his cigar-making shebang and instead works only as a chocolate distributor for none other than Abigail Peppercorn.

- Joe the Elegance was a 'pupil' of Nutty's, who taught him many tricks with cigars and how to run a successful business. Although Elegance is more of a gambler.
- Despite not being a member of the Cuneo crime family at all and just being a standard racket boss, some of the Cuneo mobsters were known to be more loyal to him than to the actual members of the crime family.
