Kevin Kool Keinsin is a minor enemy character in the game Scarface: The World is Yours and is one of George Sheffield's henchmen.

Kool was born on 13th of October, 1972 to a Mexican father and American mother. Kool became a member of Sheffield's Cartel in 2006, and despite his links to organised crime, he always claimed he was never involved in any crime and even helped the police from time to time, like telling them important informations and helping them chase other criminals down. He also reminded the boss, George Sheffield, to stay away from drugs and bootlegging and rather stick to more legitimate activities like gambling, all the while working as a lawyer in Miami.

K can be found walking around Sandman's fortress in Lobster Cay along with other members of Sheff's troops, and Sandman's Cartel. Kool may only attack Tony if the latter is hostile towards him or has a very large gang heat, but the player really shouldn't worry about him, as nearby Sandman's boys will take care of K. The player can only talk to K when he is not hostile or hasn't got a large gang heat, however, he doesn't reply back to Tony, and we never find out what an actual conversation between Kool and Montana would look like. K can last be seen as one of George Sheffield's guards, guarding him in the mission "This Ends Now!", and he can also be seen guarding Gaspar Gomez, though he is killed in the process. The player might also encounter K as a random enemy in one of Joe's missions in Miami when going against Sheff's gang.
