The Project Militia is an organisation of mercenaries and private soldiers hired by the Dixmor Project to capture Daniel Lamb, Leo Kasper, and all of their other enemies. They appear in Manhunt and possibly other series where they follow Project's orders.

Project Militia is an organisation that is made up of imprisoned criminals from death row whose executions have been faked in exchange for being hired by the Dixmor Project in their private army. Their existence is plausibly deniable, for they have no actual identity and were recorded dead long ago, although their names still exist, but on ID cards or anything else. In reality all their identifying features have been erased or drastically altered, and their fingerprints and tattoos have been removed as well from all the police files and public records; their teeth have also been re-aligned by the best dentists to mess with dental records and they are prohibited from having any sort of personal relationships, except between themselves. In short, they are untraceable and all of them have to virgins. Their psychological records have also been changed and are considered normal beings with no mental disorders. They are ghost agents serving the Project as a highly disciplined and well-equipped private military, with essentially nothing to lose and everything to gain. They rival the Spys and the Brotherhood of Shadow in the amount of loyalty to the Project. They have reinforcements in the sky and on ground, and are seen hunting in groups. They are mostly motivated by money, but they are also loyal to the Project for erasing their misdeeds and owing their continued existence as well. With most being career criminals and death row inmates before being enlisted by the Project, they are highly aggressive and brutal, often flaunting their power over victims. Their weapons of choice are a nightstick, a Stingray Pistol, a Colt Anaconda Revolver, a Micro Sub-machine Gun, a Sniper Recon Rifle .360 and a Carbine Assault Rifle amongst others.
They bought some military vehicles from Radiant Motors Company as well.
Armoured uniforms[]
Some members of the Project Militia (Jerry Dickinson for example) look very similar to the WV S.W.A.T in their special uniforms. They wear yellowish-green goggles, black gloves and black armour, with the Dixmor logo on it. Those members also wear ski masks underneath their armour masks.
