David John "Dave" Norton (born March 14, 1958/42 BH) is an FBI agent from Grand Theft Auto V. He was the one who killed Brad Snider and wounded Michael De Santa at the beginning of the game. Trevor Phillips initially thought he wounded and arrested Brad while killing Michael. He is from Bismarck, North Dakota prior to moving to Los Santos. His boss at the FBI was Steve Haines and he also had a co-worker named Andreas Sanchez. The three of them become the temporary "bosses" of Michael, Trevor, and Franklin Clinton via blackmail.

Call me back l8er.), Phil Bell's (This is Phil Bell. Leave a message.) and Rayce Flaubert's (Yo, it's the Rayce. Leave a message, poorboi.) However, after Rayce leaves the NYC, he changes it to a longer one.
