The Charm City Commission is the representative body of organised crime syndicates based in Maryland and it's neighbour counties (like West Virginia, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Virginia, and Tennessee). Although not as important as the standard Commission, it still holds a large grip on modern-day crime syndicates and it is possible for a mafia to be tied to both Commissions. Lawyers, Underbosses, and Dons of various mobs (often from nearby states) gather in Maryland cities (mostly Baltimore AKA Charm City) for important conferences. Charm City Commission is also a part of the Dixmor Project.
History[]
The Charm City Commission was created around 1970's when local gangs decided to united themselves for important conferences and meetings and made Baltimore their locale of Commission. The Charm City Commission had representatives from each major faction, while weaker organisations were not enable to join due to their serious lack of powers. They had a chairman who managed the commission, but were essentially a group of rulers, with each arguing with another. The Commission was called when it was the time to settle important matters, like peace matters, gambling trouble, assassinations on important members of the faction, death of Aldo der Lertrich or/and adding a new family. It has been called memorably in 1990's to be sucked into the Dixmor Project when the chairman Mr. Boxman decided to take a share in the ruling of Earth with the commission only having to accept the rulings of their evil lord. The DeVazzi Family, Cuneo Family and Fortunato Regime came to a meeting here on October, 2017, to discuss the death of the Corleone Family in France and numerous US states after they killed off most of their members, with the only survivor being the former Don Domenico Von Crane who is now cowering in Asia.
